No matchAuthorize Gmail or personal Hotmail/Outlook. Their mail apps do not need to be installed.
Choose a sender, a word or phrase in the subject, and whether either condition or both must match.
Give your alarm a name and choose a tone to recognize it. Test the sound and check recent activity to see which messages matched your alarms.
Choose the days and time window when each alarm can ring. Outside that schedule, it won't interrupt you. If it rings at a bad time, snooze it for 1, 5, or 10 minutes. You decide what deserves to interrupt you and when.
Matches use the sender and subject line. We don't need to read the email body or attachments to apply these filters.
You authorize the connection through Google or Microsoft without entering your email password in Email Alarm. The service uses a server to check for matches and send alerts even when the app is not open. See the privacy policy for details about how data is handled and retained.
What is different on iPhone, explained clearly.
On iPhone, the notification sound lasts a few seconds and respects silent mode and Focus. It does not automatically open a full-screen view over other apps or the Lock Screen. Tap the notification to open Email Alarm, see the alert details, and stop any alarm playing inside the app.
A compatible Gmail or Outlook account, an internet connection, and permission to receive notifications. Keep your account connected and the alarms you want to receive enabled.
To hear alerts, check your iPhone's volume, silent mode, and Focus settings. Delivery also depends on connectivity and email and notification services; immediate alerts cannot be guaranteed in every situation.
Planned launch pricing. The app is still in private beta; purchases are not enabled yet.
Both plans include the same features: US$1.99 per month or US$9.99 per year, billed annually in full. Eligible users can enjoy 7 days free, subject to Apple's terms.
The final price in your currency is shown before you confirm your purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current subscription period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
